We shall obtain contract labour license from Asst. Labour Commissioner, Govt. of India for providing security personnel on a contract basis. We take the responsibilities of all the norms fixed by the labour act of Govt. of India. |

We have also registered with the employees provident fund organization and obtained code number. As the provident fund contribution is compulsory for all employees of any organization from the first day of the employment, we are contributing for all our employees. |

We have also registered with the Employees State Insurance and obtained code Number. As the ESI contribution is compulsory for all employees of any organization from the first day of the employment, we are contributing for all our employees. |

We also provide group insurance coverage to all security personnel though who are deployed in ESI non implemented areas |

We are also contributing for labour welfare fund with the Tamilnadu Labour welfare board. |

The Govt. of Tamil Nadu has issued orders for not to use the khaki uniforms by any security services. Hence, we provide an eye catching Black-Grey uniforms to our guards. |

To avoid familiarity of our guards with your staff, our guards are rotated on a regular basis. |

Our guards will not join any union activities. They will gather the nnews of union activities and inform the management if required. |

We can provide any number of guards for emergencies and for special occasions. |

Since our guards are on our pay roll and we meet all Government statutory, they have no rights to claim any benefits/compensation directly from the client. |
